You will want to make a big pan of this one! Everyone will be asking for seconds!
Pineapple Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2-1/2 C crushed Ritz Crackers, (approximately 60)
- 1/4 C melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, and cheese
- Stir in both cans of pineapple
- Transfer to a greased baking dish
- In a bowl, mix the crackers and butter
- Spread thiis mixture on top of pineapple
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until top is browned and cheese is melted
