
This recipe is measured for two servings. Adjust to fit your needs. I make this recipe a lot because it is quick and easy to make. I can usually have this meal on the table in about fifteen minutes. It is a great recipe to use when you have company coming over. The lemon flavor will add to the taste of this dish.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
 - 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
 - 1 Tbsp parsley
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 4 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped (or more if you desire)
 - cooked whole-wheat spaghetti or preferred noodles
 
Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, mustard and parsley
 - Add salt and pepper to taste
 - Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
 - Add garlic and cook until fragrant
 - Add remaining ingredients
 - Toss to coat thoroughly with lemon sauce and heat through
 - Mix into noodles
 - Serve with a voracious appetite and great garlic bread
