Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cut spinach
  • 1 (10 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach as directed and drain
  2. Press with fork to remove all excess liquid
  3. Chop finely
  4. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients, mixing well
  5. Cook for 2 hours on low; checking periodically
  6. Once done, grab some chips and/or crackers and start dipping
