This popular appetizer is a staple at many parties. It is also delicious and nutritious, making it one of my favorite picnic dishes. It’s a great dip for those summertime gatherings or winter snuggling. Yes, this dip is as easy as it sounds…From Ro-Ro
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cut spinach
- 1 (10 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook spinach as directed and drain
- Press with fork to remove all excess liquid
- Chop finely
- In slow cooker, combine all ingredients, mixing well
- Cook for 2 hours on low; checking periodically
- Once done, grab some chips and/or crackers and start dipping
