I like to serve it with tortilla chips, crackers, or some fresh veggies. This recipe is great for parties, summer picnics, cookouts, and tailgating events.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) Container of sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 LB ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 (16 oz) pkg blended shredded cheese
- chopped lettuce
- chopped onion
- chopped tomato
Instructions
- Blend sour cream and cream cheese
- Chill in fridge while cooking meat
- Brown and drain meat
- Add taco seasoning to meat
- Spread meat on top of cream mixture
- Let cool
- Top with lettuce, onion, and tomato
- Serve with chips of choice
