Easy Pressure-Cooked Ranch Stew
It is also straightforward to make, and it tastes great too!

This recipe is great because you can make it in the pressure cooker and have dinner in about thirty minutes. You can serve this over rice or eat it by itself. Easy to cook and goes down just as easy! Fill up your crew tonight!

Ingredients

  • 1-LB lean hamburger meat
  • 1 whole kielbasa sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes (drain 1 can)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 24-oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 medium-sized jalapeno (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Saute/sear onion, jalapeno, and garlic
  2. Cook hamburger meat till browned
  3. Add kielbasa and continue cooking for about 5 minutes
  4. Add potatoes, canned ingredients, and spices
  5. Add mixed veggies and water and stir till mixed
  6. PC for 10 minutes and QR
  7. Dive in and enjoy with a big slice of cornbread
